Founded by Margaret McGeady in 2024, Upstaged Property Staging builds on her experience in property, interiors and staging since 2012, having staged hundreds of homes including her own rental and flip properties.

Today, Upstaged is a family-run, award-winning business, with Margaret working alongside her two sons.

Based in Glasgow and working across Scotland, our family team specialises in vacant property staging for sale, show home design and staging, and fully furnished serviced accommodation.

We work with property developers, investors, landlords, estate agents and homeowners, creating beautifully styled, market-ready properties designed to sell faster, maximise value and create that all-important wow factor.
